Glossary

Mitgliederbuch is built in Dutch; the API uses English names. This list shows which word in the app goes with which name in the API.

Vereniging	`organization`	The club or foundation a key belongs to. One key, one association.
Lid	`member`	Someone registered with the association, also if they have no account to sign in.
Lidnummer	`membership_number`	The number the association itself gives a member. A string, because many associations use letters or leading zeros.
Voornaam	`first_name`	The member's first name.
Achternaam	`last_name`	The last name, including a prefix such as "de" or "van".
Voorletters	`initials`	The initials, such as "A.J.".
Lid sinds	`member_since`	The date the membership started.
Geboortedatum	`date_of_birth`	Only with the leden:gevoelig scope.
Machtiging	`sepa`	The details for direct debit: account number and mandate. Only with the leden:gevoelig scope.
Eigen velden	`custom_fields`	Fields the association added itself, such as a federation number or club shirt size.
Groep	`group`	A group or class that members belong to.
Commissie	`committee`	A committee of the association, with members and roles.
Evenement	`event`	An activity members or others can register for.
Inschrijving	`registration`	Someone's registration for an event.
Factuur	`invoice`	An invoice to a member or contact, for example for membership dues.
Betaling	`payment`	A payment on an invoice, via iDEAL, direct debit or bank transfer.
Onderdeel	`module`	A part of Mitgliederbuch the association can turn on or off, such as groups or events. An endpoint of a module that is off returns module_disabled.
API-sleutel	`api_key`	The secret an integration identifies itself with, lb_live_ or lb_test_.
Recht	`scope`	What a key may do, such as leden:lezen. An administrator chooses the scopes when creating the key.
Voorbeeldvereniging	`test`	An association with made-up data to practise with. Its keys are test keys (lb_test_).
