Connect to Mitgliederbuch
How to make your own software, an association's website or an AI assistant work with the membership administration in Mitgliederbuch.
API
Read and update members, groups, events and invoices from your own software, with a separate key for each integration.

The API lives at https://api.mitgliederbuch.de/v2 and speaks JSON. With the right scopes you can:
- list, create and update members, and fetch what changed since your last sync;
- list groups and committees and add members to a group;
- list events and registrations and add registrations;
- list invoices and payments and create invoices.
An administrator of the association creates the key and chooses its scopes. A key belongs to exactly one association.
Where to start
- Quickstart: create a key, make your first request, page through members and create a member.
- Authentication: keys, scopes and test keys.
- Concepts: errors, pagination, syncing, idempotency, rate limits and versioning.
- API reference: every endpoint with its fields. The reference is built from the same OpenAPI spec that our tests check every API response against.
Building with an AI assistant?
Give it /llms.txt or the spec at /openapi.json. Both contain what it needs to write requests.
